The Lufthansa Group sent a message for a strong European Union . Three of the four specially liveried Airbus A320s painted by group members are shown here : Lufthansa ( LH ), Brussels Airlines ( SN ), and Eurowings ( EW ). The fourth is from Austrian Airlines ( OS ). The aircraft carry the ‘ Yes to Europe ’ slogan and the European Union circle-of-stars emblem on their fuselage sides . These airliners operated throughout the continent for several weeks during the run-up to the European elections , held June 6-9 .
