AIRLINE REVIEW BeOnd

12 Each of the 11 rows of seats onboard is in a 2 + 2 crosssection . There are no dividers separating each pair of seats .
13 An orange pillow and an orange bag containing a duvet are placed on the seats as passengers board the aircraft . The orange touch increases the elegance of the pearl white leather upholstered Optimares seats .
14 The electric controls of the seat are on the iternal side of the console separating each pair of seats .
Regarding fleet and network , the CEO anticipated a very bold plan : “ If we get the approval of our shareholders , in five years , we are going to deploy as many as 32 aircraft , including A321LRs and -XLRs , which will enable us to reach Europe and East Asia non-stop from Malè . And in points of the network , we have set our eyes on around 60 destinations spread through Europe , the Middle East , Asia and Africa .”
THE JSX EXPERIENCE
For Airways , I had the opportunity to test the BeOnd Bliss experience on a flight from Zurich to Malé and back . I saw the uniqueness of the airline ’ s onboard product — and a few glitches .
On the ground , everything was quick , smooth , and hassle-free . In Kloten , I breezed through check-in and security . Escorted from the Aspire First Club to the gate by a BeOnd agent , I was onboard the plane and settled into my seat less than five minutes after I had left my armchair in the lounge . The thing that impressed me most as I stepped on the A319 was the brightness of the ivory-white seats . They were almost dazzling . And there was an incredible sensation of space .
As I settled in 5A ( the cabin has a mere 11 rows ) I noted that each seat was furnished with an orange pillow , an equally orange bag containing a huge
Milan route . In mid-April , to promote the latter , BeOnd ferried the A319 from Zurich to Malpensa Airport following a demonstration flight from Malè for media and tourism trade representatives .
Following the price slash , BeOnd is probably the best option to fly to the Maldives in style , as the other carriers on the same routes are far more expensive . For example , a reservation ( at the end of March ) for the Milan to Malè inaugural service on July 3 , with a return on July 10 , on BeOnd starts from US $ 2,009 while the lowest available fare on Qatar Airways is $ 2,545 . Etihad and Emirates ask a whopping $ 3,475 and $ 3,660 , respectively .
The brand is still seeking recognition . “ We are working more intensively with tour operators and travel agents ,” Taskila said . “ As of today , we sell half of the tickets through our website but , in the future , we would like to sell 60 % of them through other channels .”
