LOOKING AHEAD
The Boeing 787 is just the latest stage in Flydubai ’ s revolution . The airline will receive its first Dreamliner in 2026 , only two years away . Between now and then , we can expect Flydubai to make many announcements concerning the first destinations , cabin configuration , and staff expansion to support the new , large fleet .
The airline has grown to over 5,000 employees , as of 2023 , and will keep growing its personnel faster than ever in 2024 and 2025 . Al Ghaith is rightfully excited and proud about the progress that FZ has made over the past few years and hints at some ambitious plans for the future .
